Solar energy as a service lets you buy clean, affordable solar power that is generated on your roof by solar panels that Xstructure owns and manages. We provide the solar panels, the installation, and the maintenance of all the solar panels, and you purchase solar energy produced just like you would normally purchase energy from a local utility.
Solar Energy as a Service is a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA). It enables a fast and easy way to produce renewable energy. Forget complicated saving calculations and enjoy affordable and predictable priced renewable energy.
Direct Ownership
Commercial and Industrial enterprises can purchase solar systems with cash. In this case, they receive 100% of electricity savings, all available rebates and incentives, and can claim greenhouse gas emission reductions for the system.
Solar PV Incentives
Feed-in tariffs:
Customers are ‘paid’ for any electricity they feed onto the grid, through reductions in their energy bills.
Tax benefit (12i):
Tax allowance incentive designed to support greenfield and brownfield investments through support for both capital investment and training.
Pay less carbon tax:
As a low carbon energy source, solar PV will reduce the impact of the impending national carbon tax on businesses.
Tax benefit (12b):
Up to 125% accelerated depreciation in the first financial year
Solar PV is VAT deductible:
VAT registered entities can deduct the VAT portion of the solar PV system.
ENERGY ASSESSMENT
Our Process
here is what you can expect from an initial solar energy system assessment:
• A site visit and meterage analysis (to determine the load profile and exact energy usage ) • A calculation of your average electricity cost and usage to determine the system size • The location’s solar potential, or how much sunlight it receives yearly. • First year and lifetime savings potential.
• Annual carbon emissions savings.
• The type of solar panels that suit your circumstances.
• Solar system components.
• Installation costs for the mounting structure.
• Installation labour costs. • Permit fees, taxes, and inspection fees on the solar panels.
